2、配置：Equipment configuration
（1）机体：采用数码镗床加工镗孔，保证轴与机身同心精确度。
Machine frame: Adopt digital boring machine for hole boring to ensure the concentric of the axis and the machine frame.
（2）模座：采用西德技术（镶入式），保证拉伸的中心距，减少断线机率。
Dies seat: Adopt West Germany technology (Inlay type), assure the drawing center distance to avoid the wire breakage.
（3）伸线轴心：由S45C中碳钢调质高频处理，处理后经久耐用。
Drawing axes: Made of S45C medium carbonizes steel with high frequency modified treatment, which can be more wear well.
（4）塔轮：采用锻打S45C钢，密度致密、经久耐磨。
Roller: Adopt S45C forging steel with high density to be more wear well.（5）电器：主要部分采用台湾士林品牌。
Electric Equipment: Mainly adopt Taiwan SHSI brand.
（6）电机：采用国内一级品牌（东莞电机）。拉丝机功率15KW。
Motor: Adopt top China brand (Dong Guan Motor), zinc alloy wire drawing machine 15KW,
（7）拉丝机采用变频调速。塔轮经过镀铬处理，确保拉伸小规格线径更光滑且不易断线。
Zinc alloy wire drawing machine adopt inverter speed control. Roller spray chromium to assure the brightness of the fine size wire and reduce wire breakage as well.
3、随机配件Spare parts with machine:
1）压线胶轮一个。Wire press wheel 1pcs.
2）拉丝模具（φ3.5-φ1.2 mm）建议需方购买聚晶模具（人工钻石模）,单价220.00元/个.

4、质量保证：保修一年（非人为破坏，不含压线轮，模具等易损件）。
