PE挂具胶粉
一、外观：绿色、半透明、透明粉体
二、产品性能：

This coating powder is dry, has no any volatile substance or thinner, so that it does not require adding any auxiliary material during production. The operation is simple and convenient. It had good physical property, good acid and alkali resistant, easy operation, superior cohesion on metal. Temperature resistance is up to 120-180℃. Plated parts with oil can be put directly into oven for baking.
六、型号编码：B303中温粉（可在140℃以下工作环境操作）、B818高温粉（可在180℃以下工作环境操作）G200高级胶粉(可以代替其他胶粉）。
七、适用范围：适用于五金电镀挂具、封釉挂具、喷漆挂具等。
八、使用方法
1、 用足够大的容器把胶粉装好；
2、 将挂具放入烘箱里，加温至280℃大约10分钟（视铜板及钢线的粗细而增减时间）。
3、 把挂具取出来埋在粉堆里然后反复抽动和翻覆，让胶粉能沾满整支挂具及其间隙，约3分钟后，放进240℃的烘箱约2分钟，当胶粉有熔化现象时，将炉温降到180℃-190℃，让胶粉较慢熔化，时间约为3分钟。
4、 当一次的粘粉达不到所需的厚度时，可以再做第二次，第三次，直到所需求的胶体厚度后，作胶粉表面的光滑烤融，烘箱温度大约180℃-200℃烤30-60分钟，表面光滑发亮就完成了。
Operational method on coating powder:
Put clean hook into about 300℃ oven for about 10minutes. Take out the hook for first time powdering. Hook must be merged in coating powder and is moved constantly. In second operation, put hook into 280℃ oven about 2-3minutes and carry out second time powdering. Repeat above steps until the powder thickness is satisfied. Finally put the hook into 180-210℃ oven for baking about 30-70minutes.
Note: Time and temperature above are for reference only(mainly according to hook dimension and actual oven temperature).
Precautions:
1、 Warm-up and shaped temperature and time shall be adjusted properly according to hook size.
2、 If repeating powdering, the hook must be hot, glue powder on hook shall not be plasticized.
3、 The hook inside oven shall not be close the flame too much.
4、 The thermal insulation in the oven shall be good and the temperature shall be even so as to avoid uneven coating and poor plastering.
