一、用途：
该包绕机可卷制不同规格的套管电容。
二、结构及原理：
包绕机为卧式布局：由床身、主轴箱、尾台、送纸车、热辊、烘灯架、电控、托线等部件构成。细长芯轴与主轴法兰、尾台法兰连接起来，主轴可带动芯轴旋转，此时送纸车移到预定位置，将纸卷到芯轴上。主轴开始旋转时，送纸车移动一个距离，即主轴每转一转，纸车行走33±0.8mm，行走到预定长度送纸车再返回，依次往返可卷制出大的电容。在包绕过程中纸通过热辊去除潮气，烘灯进行烘干。主轴转数、小车行走快慢是通过变频器来调整的。TYJ casing capacitance core wrapping machine series1、Use:This wrapping machine can roll different specifications casing capacitance.2、Structure and principleWrapping machine with the horizontal layout: machine constituted by the lathe bed、spindle boxes、end、feed trucks, hot roll, bake lighthouse, electric control, care lines and other components constituted.Slender mandrel connect with the spindle flange、end，spindle can drive mandrel to turn，at this time feed truck move to the position of reservation，rolling paper up to mandrel.
