 Series Single/Double-Roller Ironing Machine (Trough Heating)

○YI-B and YII-B Series of Trough Heating Ironing Machine are the knockout products of our ironing equipment. This series production costs over 20 years’ innovation and improvement, it has complete functions, compact structures, and good ironing effects.

○Three layers flexible construction (stainless steel springs, imported steel wool, and high-temperature cotton felt) constitute an elastic layer that are tightly pressed to the ironing roller; it can guarantee that the roller has complete area contact instead of  multipoint contact with the fabrics; pressing force can be automatically regulated according to different types of fabrics to ensure ironing effect.

○Heating trough is designed base on precisely calculated which can perfectly match the radian of the roller to ensure complete area contact between fabrics and the heating trough. It has heat preservation layer which can reduce the energy loss in operating.
