热塑性丁苯橡胶SBS外观为白色或浅黄色多孔圆条或圆片形小颗粒，兼有橡胶和塑料的优点，具有良好的耐低温性、透气性和抗湿滑性，易于加工成型。加工工艺简单，无需硫化，能耗低，容易着色，边角料可以回收。广泛应用于制鞋、粘合剂、防水卷材、高聚物改性和道路沥青改性、电缆、玩具等行业。目前岳化拥有年产15万吨SBS生产装置。Styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer SBS has appearance of white or yellowish porous particles of rod or wafer shape. It posssesses the advantages or both rubber and plastic with excellent low temperature endurance,ventilating and wet-and-slipping, resistance. It is characterized by easy molding and coloring, simple processing, none vulcanization and low consumption or energy. The leftover bits and pieces can be recovered. It is widely used in shoes making, adhesives, waterproof materials, modification of higher polymer and road bitumen, cable and toys. The annual capacity of existing SBS plant is 150kt/a.
