高温食品机械脂是以无机稠化剂稠化合成润滑油，并添加有防锈剂、极压添加剂和结构改善剂等经特殊工艺调制而成的耐高温食品机械专用润滑脂。产品中不含重金属及亚硝酸盐等危害人体健康的物质，无毒无害，完全达到NSF H1食品级润滑脂的质量要求。生产过程采用特殊的超细过滤工艺，确保产品具有极高的洁净度，避免杂质的混入和对食品机械的污染。使用温度范围为-45～+280℃。具有高度的热稳定性，高温下不会氧化和硬化，适宜在高温条件下持续运行；同时在高温工况下不易软化熔化，避免滴落造成食品玷污。具有优异的粘附性能、抗水淋性能、机械稳定性和保护能力，防止润滑部件受到外界环境的侵蚀，因此即使在潮湿、水淋、多尘等复杂工况仍然能够起到良好的润滑保护效果。与塑料橡胶兼容性好。高温食品机械脂是高温高负荷工况下食品机械轴承和齿轮润滑的理想解决方案。高温食品机械脂的主要性能特点包括：

High temperature food machinery grease is a kind of heat-resistant lubricant specially designed for food machinery and is refined by special processes and compounded from a variety of additives such as inorganic thickener, rust inhibitor, extreme pressure additive and structure improver. This product is innocuous, highly purified and free of heavy metal, nitrite or other materials that may endanger human health, achieving the quality requirements of NSF H1 food grease. Owing to the superfine filtering process adopted, the product has a very high purity and can avoid impurity interfusion and food machinery pollution. Its operating temperature ranges from -45 to +280℃, i.e. Its thermostability determines that it is suitable for continuous operation and can rarely be oxygenated or hardened under the condition of high temperature; meanwhile, it can rarely be softened or melted in the high temperature environment, thus avoiding food pollution by drippage. With excellent adhesiveness, water spray resistance, mechanical stability and protection performance, it prevents the lubrication components from eroding by the outside environment and keeps perfect lubricating effect even in wet, water spray and dusty environment. Besides, it has good compatibility with plastics, and is the ideal solution for lubrication of bearings and gears of heavy load food machineries working under high temperature conditions.
