固含量(wt%)：43±2 Ph值:6.5～7.5 粘度(pas)：0.2～2 Tg值(℃):30
◆特点及用途
◇本品采用微乳聚合工艺, 乳液粒径接近纳米级，使其涂膜透亮，光泽度高，耐污染性强，水泡不易泛白等。
◇由于采用进口的特种乳化剂，使乳液分子中含有与铁离子相吸附的带电离子，适合制作水性防锈漆。
◇乳液漆膜硬度高，遇水不易泛白，非常适合制备高品质的真石漆。
◇本产品采用高效能反应性乳化剂，使本品与BC---4431A相比，减少了乳液的气味，且化学稳定性大大提高。
◆其 它
1. 贮存温度5～35℃，避免曝晒，保质期6个月。
2. 由于本产品Tg值较高，请用户注意根据季节调整成膜助剂用量。
3. 本品包装为25kg、50kg塑料桶，有特殊要求请提前与本公司联系。 ◆Specification

◆Feature and Application
◇It's made by micro - emulsion polymerization. The sizes of emulsion particles are nearly nanometer - grade. It's films are
bright and transparent. High gloss, good contamination resistance and not easy to whitening when immersed in water.
◇It's suitable for water - based anti - rust coatings, because the emulsion is synthesized by special emulsifier with charged
ions, which could be absorbed in iron ions in the emulsion molecular.
◇The paint films from the emulsion have high hardness and not easy to whiter when met water, and stone - pattern
coatings are very suitable for high quality.
◇Being taker reactive emulsifiers, the smell of the emulsion is reduced and chemical stability is greatly improved
comparing to the emulsion BC - 4431A.
◆Others
1. The period of quality warranty: 6 months at the temperature 5 ~35℃, avoid to sun light.
2. The tg of product is higher, please pay attention to adjust the volume of the coalescencer by user in the different
seasons.
3. The package of the product is 25 and 50kg in plastic tank. Please contact to our company in advance if any special
requirement.
