纵缝自动焊接机床是实现薄壁筒体、锥形筒、平板或矩形体对接纵缝焊接的通用自动焊接设备.可用于碳钢、低合金钢、不锈钢、铝及其合金等材料的优质焊接，并可选择氩弧焊(填丝或不填丝)、溶化极气体保护焊(CO2/MIG/MAG)、等离子焊、埋弧焊等焊接电源组成一套纵缝自动焊接系统。焊接工件厚度0.5---3MM，工件有效长度500MM，工件直径75---750MM.
●工件压紧采用琴键式气动压紧装置，工件受力均匀，工件变形小。
●用于进行高质量、低变形的直线性焊缝的焊接应用。如:石油化工容器、太阳能热水器、
电热水器、管道制造、汽车等行业机械化焊接生产。
●采用PLC控制，直流电机驱动，实现无级调速，控制系统可实现自动焊接，并配有直线摆
动器可供选装。
●配合不同焊缝背面保护衬套和成行槽，焊缝可以被100%焊透，并保证单面焊双面成型。
●可焊工件厚度0.4~8mm，焊接速度0.2~2.2m/min。
