The Models C6136E & C6140E are Engine Lathes.Their bedways are supersonic hardened and ground and their gears are high-frequency hardened and ground,thus producing less noise.The turret on the machines is positioned by a serrated teeth contrite gear.Then machines are high in rigidity and constant in working accuracy.Their spindle runs within a wide range of spindle speeds,thus being capable of extensive cutting operations.The machines are of gearbox design and capable of cutting different threads,such as metric threads,Whitworth threads,module threads & diametral itch threads.And the machines feature in the automatic braking function and the overload protection.The machines are easy to operate and high in production efficiency,therefore well-suited for batch production in the big-size,medium-size and small-size enterprises.
