产 品 特 性：
结构精巧，扭矩大: 采用双摩擦面，因此制动扭矩较单面摩擦扭矩大。且制动扭矩可依客户制作，符合客户的特殊需求.高应答性电源装置： 特殊直流电源供应器，采用无接点电压控制输出，适合高频度使用，利用交流开关接线，缩短制动时间
高频度，长寿命：制动板与风扇一体化设计，散热效率高，加上特殊的高磨耗摩擦材料，在高频度的制动工作下，可保持长寿命，省下保养维修的时间资源；摩擦材料部分采用日本进口耐磨耗非石绵材质，可耐较高制动频率使用。符合国家的环保要求，无负载状态下可制动次数高达 100万次以上。 动 作 原 理：剎车马达在电源输入时，马达及制动器的磁极线圈同时通电，此时制动器的磁极组产生磁力并将电枢来令片吸引回磁极组表面，如此电枢来令片与制动板之间会产生间隙，造成制动器敞开，马达开始运转。将电源断电时，电枢来令片因缺乏吸引力，此时磁极组内的压缩弹簧将电枢来令片推回，造成与制动板相互摩擦，因而产生制动的效果。 特 性 表： 安 装 规 格： 安 装 示 意 图：
