TY-ZTX100.100型系列数控铣端面钻中心孔机床
&　本系列产品是轴类零件加工初始工序必选设备。先铣削轴两端面、再钻两端中心孔，为轴类零件后序加工提供工艺基准。并可扩展工艺范围，在钻孔的同时完成轴端一段外圆的套车，两端轴头倒角或局部成形。
&　本系列产品采用机、电、液一体化设计，全封闭防护、自动间歇润滑、大流量高压水冷却、水冲屑，自动排屑、布局合理，造型美观宜人。
&　本系列产品采用倾斜床身布局，具有高刚性、高精度、高效率等特点。最适合成批、大批量生产选用。
&　本系列产品按加工工件直径范围、工件长度范围设计为两种传动结构形式，小规格采用三个座标控制，大规格采用四个座标控制。
&　TY-ZTX3025型、TY-ZTX5060型机床设计为三个座标为小规格数控铣端面钻中心孔机床。轴加工时工件是移动的，X轴是左铣钻主轴箱进给运动；Y轴是右铣钻主轴箱进给运动；Z轴是自定心液压夹具夹持工件运动；加工过程是工件随夹具做进给运动，先在铣轴工位完成端面铣削，再快移到钻轴工位进行钻孔。
&　大规格数控铣端面钻中心孔机床，机床设计为四个座标（X1 X2 Z1 Z2），加工时工件固定不动。加工过程是左右铣钻主轴箱做纵、横进给运动，先铣端面后钻孔。
&　本系列机床特点：
　l  床身倾斜布局，机床刚性好、精度高、效率高。
　l  采用镶钢淬硬导轨和TSF贴塑运动付，摩擦系统小，运动平稳，精度保持性好。
　l  配置双液压自定心夹具夹持工件，两中心孔同轴精度高。
　l  采用100L/min，40m大扬程水泵冷却铣刀，冲刷各部铁屑，机床不积屑。
　l  钻主轴配有出高压水装置，水压2.0Mpa，流量24.3L/min,冷却中心钻可延长中心钻寿命，提高中心孔表面粗糙度。

This series manufacture is the shaft parts maching process required equipment.Tish machine miling shaft at both ends and then drilled the centers hole,provide tecjnical reference in shafe parts subwequent machining.Range of scalable technology, achieve drilling shagt as the same time  turning the end of the shagt.

Main charactercs:

l          Lifting platform bed tilt layout, high rigidity, high precision and high efficiency.

l          Use setting hardened steel rail and TSF lamnating,friction system is small,smooth motion, maintain good accuracy.

l          Configure dual-hydraulic self-centering clamps clamp the workpiece, the two central hole coaxial with high precision.

l          Using 100L/min, 40m big lift pump cooling milling, scouring the various parts scrap iron , machine tools are not accumulated scrap iron.

l          Drilling spindle is equipped with a high-pressure water equipment, water pressure 2.0Mpa, traffic 24.3L/min, cooling center drill center drill extend life, improve the center hole surface roughness.
