一、概 述general
GBD系列干粉砂浆包装机，是我厂在“八五”期间自行设计生产的新型产品，经过我厂广大的技术人员不断改进，已在全国多家水泥企业、混凝土工地使用，并深受用户欢迎。该机有如下特点：（1）出料：不采用传统的闸板密封，避免了挤闸板的现象，对颗料物料的包装优点尤为突出。（2）采用微机计量，称量准确、性能稳定、操作简单；（3）密封良好、结构合理、经久耐用；（4）体积小、重量轻、调整维修方便；（5）机电一体、节约电能。
GBD系列包装机主要有单嘴（GBD501）、双嘴（GBD502）、三嘴（GBD503）、四嘴（GBD504）四种型号。

Without air power, the machine can be used to bag tighten, bag loose, flashboard shut down and lay down bags automatically.
（5）、Wide range usage, this machine not only can be used on packaging cement, but can be used on packaging powder and pellet with good liquid character.
GBD series packaging machine separated with single nozzle(GBD-1), double nozzle(GBD-2), three nozzle(GBD-3), four nozzle(GBD-4).
二、技术参数Technical parameter
1、 袋重：单袋重量50±0.5kg。weight per bag: 50±0.5kg
2、 袋重合格率：95%。Weight accurate pass rate: 95%
3、 每嘴产量15t/h。per nozzle output: 15t/h.
4、 每嘴动力头电动机功率4KW。Nozzle power head electric power: 4kw
5、 单嘴不带给料机；双嘴给料机功率2.2KW，三嘴、四嘴给料机功率3KW。 Single Nozzle without supply device; double nozzle supply device power: 2.2kw, three and four nozzle supply device power 3kw.
三、结构与功能 structure and function
GBD系列叶轮固定式包装机主要有机身、进料机构、控制机构、微机称量机构、挂袋机构组成。
GBD series impeller fixed packaging machine consist with body, raw material input part, control part, weight part, bag handle part.
1、 机身：采用型钢焊接结构、强度高、钢度大、小巧轻便。
Body: weld with profiled bar with high strength, high stiffness, small volume and light.
2、 进料机构：由2.2KW行星摆线针轮减速机，带动小链轮，经链条、大链轮带动给料机转动完成下料。该机构正反转均可。
Raw material input part: powered by 2.2kw planet cycloid noodle wheel decelerate motor drives small chain wheel, chain, big chain wheel and drive raw material device carry raw material.
3、 出灰机构：由4KW电动机带动主轴叶轮旋转，由旋转的叶轮将干粉砂浆排出，经出灰管装入包装袋。
Output ash part: powered by 4kw motor drive main axes, the impeller eject the cement and cement pass ash tube to bag.
4、 控制机构：插上水泥包装袋、拨动行程开关,气缸将出灰管松开,灌装开始，当灌装到指定重量时，称量机构发出信号，控制机构动作将出灰胶管关闭，灌装停止，同时电磁铁吸合自动控制包装袋落下。
Control part: hang on cement bag, close handle(flashboard), filling start, when get the goal weight, weight part send signal, magnet close, control part action stop the flashboard and stop the filling, lay down bag automatically.
5、 微机称量机构：该包装机采用微机称量，具有调整方便，袋重稳定等特点。
Microchip weight part: adjust easily and high precision.
6、 装袋机构：具有独特新颖的自动掉袋装置。当灌装到标定重量时，出灰口自动关闭，自动掉袋装置工作，包装袋脱落，并向外倾斜，离开包装机。
Filling part: device automatic lay down bag when it reach goal weight, flashboard shut down and device action, bag fall down and slope to outside and leave machine.
