About Us
Since the plant opened in 2004 our main business of furniture manufacturing plate, by a group who went to Italy to learn leadership of furniture manufacturing experience to lead the development of the European Sheng.

General Information
实木板式
采用优质中密度纤维板（MDF）为基材，进口天然实木皮饰面。天然木皮厚度适中，纹理清晰、自然、耐用、高档次，适合中高端市场。
Wood plate

休闲板式
采用优质刨花板（MFC）为基材，优质三胺板、进口防火板饰面。三胺板、防火板，纹理不自然、耐用性、档次，相对低一些，适合中低端市场需求，耐用性防火板优于三胺板。
Leisure plate

沙发、椅子
采用优质实木、优质夹板(或松木板)。60mm优质高弹性弓字簧、进口橡筋带、钢丝固定条、网纤维布、高密度海绵、无纺布、坐架布。45、40、35中软高密度海棉，坐垫海绵厚度15CM左右,2200A级喷胶棉。坐感舒适.垫子耐坐耐用，久坐不变形。皮类：进口青皮、国产真皮、超纤皮、西皮等也可由客户提供样品。

油漆工艺
表面处理是家具工艺环节中最主要的部分，欧盛采用“大一牌”优质油漆，PE底、PU面工艺，底漆和面漆的厚度为0.4mm到1mm.保证家具表面的平整度，好的油漆及工艺减少油漆缺陷如：颗粒、流动、粗砂、抓痕、掌印、手印、起泡、刷光、色差、打磨印、喷溅印、灰尘印，小孔等。

五金配件
欧盛家具在五金的选用上一直以美观、实用、耐用为原则，采用“联盛”优质五金配件，其中门铰、三节弹珠无声滑轨，经疲劳测试，可达25万次，既保证家具外观平整度且噪音低、顺滑性好，所采用拉手质感好，亮丽的色彩对家具的装饰也起到明显的画龙点睛的作用。

实木板式：每层板放一层珍珠棉，避免压力解除损坏，第二层5mm后泡棉
，第三层标准牛皮纸箱。
休闲板式：每层板放一层珍珠棉，避免压力解除损坏，第二层5mm后泡棉，第三层标准牛皮纸箱。
软体家具：第一层透明PU袋，第二层珍珠棉，第三层牛皮纸箱、纸皮、编织袋。
Product packaging

家具保养
对于我厂产品日常保养给与以下建议：
首先是摆放平稳，摆放板式家具的地面必须要保持平整，四腿均衡着地，倘若家具安置之后，处于经常摇摆晃动不稳的状态，日久必然会使榫头或紧固件脱落，粘结部分开裂，从而影响使用效果和降低家具寿命，另外如果地面松软使家具不平衡，欧盛家具建议您也不要用木板或铁片垫家具脚，暂时保持平衡，也很难受力均匀，长久下去会损坏家具内部结构，唯一补偿的办法是修整地面，或用稍大面积的硬橡胶板铺在地面，让家具平稳着地。
1、除灰尘
在清除家具上的灰尘时最好用纯棉针织布，然后再用细软羊毛刷清除凹陷中或皮质上的尘埃。经过油漆处理的家具，忌用汽油或有机溶剂擦拭，可用无色家具上光蜡擦拭，以增强光泽减少落尘。
2、避阳摆放
家具摆放的位置最好不要受到阳光的直射，经常日晒会使家具材质老化、褪色等，金属配件易氧化变质，木料容易发脆。夏日最好用窗帘遮日晒，以保护家具。
3、室内湿度
不要让家具受潮，特别在一年的春天，如木质腐朽、金属件锈蚀、皮质褪色、粘结部位易开胶脱离等。欧盛家具建议您平时清洗家具尽量少用水，更需忌用碱水，3个月左右上一次家具保护蜡，平时只宜用拧净水分的湿布擦，而后用干布擦干净。只要做到以上几点，家具就不会那么容易折旧了。
