The 0412BF Balun Transformer is designed specifically to enable accurate longitudinal unbalance measurement of cables and circuits in the 0.1 to 100MHz frequency range using the techniques given in CCITT recommendations G.117 and 0.9. The exceptionally good inherent longitudinal balance in the frequency range of interest ensures reliable measurement of other transmission parameters such as attenuation, crosstalk, and return loss at higher frequencies.
