产品说明
本系列机床是一种万能双柱立式车床,机床具有两个立刀架,可用于内外柱面、圆锥面、切槽等粗、精加工。
结构特点:
该立式车床由左、右立柱、顶梁、工作台底座组成框架式结构,刚性强,能承受较大的切削负荷。
横梁沿立柱导轨上下移动,有碟形弹簧通进杠杆夹紧在立柱上,横梁升降的操纵按钮在悬挂按钮站上,横梁上有微动机构可调整衡量水平位置。
左、右两个刀架装在横梁上,在横梁上装有供有供手动操作作刀架的手柄,以便于调整刀架的位置和对刀。滑枕重量由压力油进行平衡,在刀架滑座的上部装有两件卸荷滚子,拧动其上端的螺钉可调整卸荷滚子的承载能力,以便减轻手动操作时的用力。
工作台有主电机经变速箱直接启动和制动。各级转速由变速油缸推动交换齿轮实现十六种转速的变换,转速变换选择开关在悬挂按钮站上。
工作台镶有锌铝铜合金耐磨导轨板,并在导轨间通入压力油(0.2~0.4Mpa)以提高导轨承载能力。工作台主轴上装有一个单向推力球轴承和一个双列短圆柱滚子轴承,以保证主轴能在高精度下平稳的工作。
横梁左、右刀架上各装有一个润滑手压泵,以便操作者方便地对它们进行润滑。
电气控制可采用日本PLC编程控制器控制。
This machine is a kind of double-column vertical lathe, which is widely used in the field of metallurgical industry, chemical industry, power-generating equipment and national defense for machining process. It can be used for rough and fine turning of outer cylinder, inner hole, end surface and tapered surface of work-pieces.
1、 The machine frame is composed of right and left columns, head beam and table base, has strong stiffness, which can bear the load of cutting.
2、 The cross rail moves vertically along column guidways and it is clamped on the columns through the levers via disk springs. The vertical motion of the cross rail is controlled through the push buttons on the pushbutton station. There is a micro-adjusting device on the cross rail for adjusting level of the cross rail.
3、 There are left and right vertical tool posts on the cross rail. There are manually operated handles of tool carries on the cross rail for adjusting tool post position and for cutting tool setting. Turn the screw on top of the device, the bearing force of the roller can be adjusted for reducing manucal force when operation.
4、 The working table can be started and stopped directly by the main motor via gearbox. There are 16steps of table rotation speed; the speed can be selected by turning the switch on posh-button station.
5、 Casting alloy anti-abrasive plates are lined on the table surface. The oil is pressed between guidways with a 0.2-0.4Mpa pressure so as to raise the loading capacity of the guidways. A one-way thrust ball bearing and a double-row short cylindrical roller bearing are mounted on table spindle so as to ensure the high accuracy.
6、 On cross rail, left tool post and right post, there each has a manually operated oil pump for manul lubrication during working .
7、 The electric system is controlled by the Programmable Controller(PLC)which made by Japan.
