C-EP 330/331is a liquid, hot cure, two component epoxy casting system. The cured system exhibit exceptional resistance to thermal cycling and thermal endurance properties.Application includes indoor medium and high voltage electrical insulating components, such as insulators, switchgear, bushing and high strength parts for structural, and large cast coils application with following advantages. C-EP330/331为液态双组分的热固化环氧树脂浇铸胶。该产品具有良好的耐热性和散热性。适用于室内绝缘子、开关、轴衬等中高压元件以及高强度结构零件和大量铸造线圈的浇铸。经过浇铸后的元件具有以下优势：

POT LIFE操作时间
Effective pot life is about 3 days at temperature below 25ºC.在25ºC.以下的有效使用期限大约是3天。
Automatic Pressure Gelation (APG) Process自动压力凝胶工艺
² Pre-heat mold at 140-160 °C预热模型140-160 °C
² Gel in mold for 20-40 minutes在模型中凝胶20-40分钟
² Post cure: 4 hrs@140°C后续固化：140°C时4个小时
Conventional Gravity Casting Process Under Vacuum常规重力真空浇注工艺
² Pre-heat mold to 80- 100℃预热模型80-100°C
² Fill mold under vacuumand gel for 4-8 hrs真空环境下填充，凝胶4-8小时
² Post cure: 8 hrs@130℃后续固化：130°C时8个小时
SHELF LIFE保存方法
Store at 18 - 25 ºC in a dry place. Hardener-331 is moisture sensitive, after each partial use, purge with dry nitrogen and tightly reseal.保存于21- 30 ºC的干燥地方。Hardener-331容易受潮，每次用完后应用干氮气清理干净并密封保存。
