There is an additional proposal to align the SVHC identification of cobalt dichloride with its revised classification as

both carcinogenic and toxic for reproduction. Cobalt chloride was originally identified in October 2008 as SVHC

only because of its carcinogenic properties. 

另外二氯化钴已在 2008 年 10 月只因致癌性被确认为 SVHC 物质，这次由于二氯化钴被分类为同时具有致

癌性和生殖毒性的 SVHC 物质而重新提请公众评议。
