奧瑪泰機電設備有限公司（奧瑪泰精密機械有限公司）專業從事精密製造業十多餘年，生產各種規格型號的軟爪（生爪）、硬爪；配國產卡盤如環球卡盤等，台制如千島卡盤、億川卡盤、通福卡盤、佳賀卡盤等，日制如北川卡盤、豐和卡盤等，韓制如三千裏卡盤、紳綱卡盤、瑞嚴卡盤、KHAN卡盤等，歐美制如Autobolk卡盤、SCHUNK雄克卡盘等。

We produce various kinds ofSoft Jaws which can be matched with chucks made in China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea a andEuropeandAmericacountries.
軟爪齒距分別有1.5*60º、1.5*90º、2.5*90º、3.0*60°、1/16″90º、 3/32″90º。對各種形狀尺寸的非標准軟爪，如加寬、加長、加高、L型、圓弧型、浮动软爪/硬爪等均可設計定制。根據客戶加工材料的不同，本公司生產有鋁制爪、塑膠爪、銅制爪、不銹鋼爪等。為了解決加工薄壁管材容易變形及鬆脫，本公司已開發有輕質合金爪（重量只有同等規格的1/3），不但能防止在加持過程中薄壁管材變形的問題，而且能有效的改善卡盤的離心力。對手動卡盤生產有一體爪及分離爪，如C型A型頂爪，手動卡盤的強力生爪等。
We have standard teeth space for Soft Jaws such as 1.5*60°、1.5*90°、2.5*90°、3.0*60°、1/16"*90°、3/32"*90. Non-standard specifications can be ordered according to your different needs. We can also produce aluminum, plastic,coppery andstainlesssteelsoft Jaws according to your materials need. Our company has developed super light Alloy Soft Jaws which only weights one thirds of the regular ones. The product improves the centrifugation、deformation、phenomenon of falling off greatly .As for Scroll Chucks series we have One-Piece Jaws、Two-Piece Jaws and so on.
