AX3022-200KHz,1.5A PWM Buck DC/DC Converter

AX3020/3021/3022系列输出能够提供高达1.500A电流的直流-直流转换器，特别结合了工艺与架构，能够提供快速的客户反应和极高的灵活性。0.75~24V的电压输出范围能够配合客户的不同需求，工作电压输入可至4~24V，非常适合于数码相框，TV机上盒，网络系统等装置的电压转换。

AX3020/3021/3022系列应用上可提供高转换效能及稳定的工作电压，该器件还具备有短路保护(SCP)，过电流保护(Current-limit Protection)及过温度保护(Thermal Shutdown Protection)功能，切换频率固定为200kHz。

AX3020/3021采用标准的SOP-8L和AX3022采用小型的SOT89-5L无铅封装与极少的外部组件可大幅缩小印刷电路板的面积，具有散热片可以将热导至印刷电路板上，大幅降低组件表面温度以符合客户需求。

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
  The AX3022 series are monolithic IC designed for a step-down DC/DC converter, and own the ability of driving a 1.5A load without additional transistor. It saves board space. The external shutdown function can be controlled by logic level and then come into standby mode. The internal compensation makes feedback control having good line and load regulation without external design. Regarding protected function, thermal shutdown is to prevent over temperature operating from damage, and current limit is against over current operating of the output switch. If current limit function occurs and VFB is down below 0.5V,the switching frequency will be reduced. The AX3022 series operates at a switching frequency of 200KHz thus allow smaller sized filter components than what would be needed with lower frequency switching regulators. Other features include a guaranteed +3% tolerance on output voltage under specified input voltage and output load conditions, The chips are available in a standard SOT89-5L package.
