AX2003SA-微桥代理亚瑟莱特3A LED 驱动

AX2002/2003系列为一颗脉波宽度调变输出的非同步直流转换器，利用回授电阻来控制LED的电流，回授电压只有0.25V,可大幅减小回授电阻的功率。其输入电压范围可由最低3.6伏特到最高23伏特，输出最高可串接7个LED,非常适合於液晶电视/萤幕，手电筒，杯灯…等装置。

　　AX2002/2003应用上可提供高转换效能及稳定的工作电压，其内部具有完整的系统保护功能包括柔性启动（SS）、短路保护（SCP）、过温度保护及过电流保护（OCP）功能，切换频率固定为330KHz或500Khz.

　　AX2002/2003采用标准的SOP-8L无铅封装与极少的外部元件可大幅缩小印刷电路板的面积，具有散热功能可以将热导至印刷电路板上，大幅降低元件表面温度以符合客户需求

AX2003/A-3A, 0.25V Feedback Voltage Step-Down Switching Regulators for LED Driver

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
    AX2003/A consists of step-down switching regulator with PWM control. These devise include a reference voltage source, oscillation circuit, error amplifier, internal PMOS and etc.
    AX2003/A provides low-ripple power, high efficiency, and excellent transient characteristics. The PWM control circuit is able to the duty ratio linearly from 0 up to 100%. An enable function, an over current protect function and short circuit protect function are built inside, and when OCP or SCP happens, the operation frequency will be reduced. Also, an internal compensation block is built in to minimum external component count.
    With the addition of an internal P-channel Power MOS, a coil, capacitors, and a diode connected externally, these ICs can function as step-down switching regulators. They serve as ideal power supply units for portable devices when coupled with the SOP-8L package, providing such outstanding features as low current consumption. Since this converter can accommodate an input voltage up to 23V, it is also suitable for the operation via an AC adapter.
