香味纳米微胶囊SNC208 

人类生活离不开鸟语花香，为了使生活更贴近大自然，我们选择高级香料或从天然花草植物等中提取原香精，通过特殊手段制作成香味纳米微胶囊SNC208，它是一种全包囊型纳米微胶囊香料，适用于棉、毛、丝、麻、化纤织物及成衣的香味整理。整理后的织物经摩擦、拍打或揉搓，受外力作用后，微胶囊破损，香气外溢，即可闻到芬芳的花香，如无外力作用，微胶囊则不破损，香味持久保存，永不消失。

用途及应用方法：高级香料、原香精，阿拉伯明胶；

1、浸轧工艺：

〈1〉工艺配方：香味纳米胶囊 SNC208          20～60g/L

交链剂AF6100                 20～60g/L

〈2〉工艺流程：漂染后的织物→浸轧（轧液率60～80%）→烘干（80～110℃）

2、浸渍工艺：

〈1〉工艺配方：香味纳米胶囊SNC208         1～5%（o.w.f）

交链剂 AF6100              1～5%（o.w.f）

〈2〉工艺流程：

      浸渍（浸泡匀透）→脱水（回收甩出溶液，加入到浸渍槽中）→烘干（80～110℃）→成品

3、印花工艺

〈1〉工艺配方：

香味纳米胶囊SNC208      5～10%

涂料色浆                 X %

粘合剂                  15～20%

增稠剂                  1～2%

〈2〉工艺流程：印花→烘干（50～100℃）→拉幅（100～120℃）→成品

包装贮存：25kg、120kg塑料桶包装，贮存在0℃以上的仓库中，稳定期储存一年。
