雷蒙磨适用范围：雷蒙磨粉机广泛应用于冶金、建材、化工、矿山等领域内矿产品物料的粉磨加工，适宜加工莫氏硬度七级以下、湿度在6%以下的各种非易燃易爆矿产，如石膏、滑石、方解石、石灰石、大理石、钾长石、重晶石、白云石、花岗岩、高岭土、膨润土、麦饭石、铝矾土、氧化铁红、铁矿等，成品细度在80目-325目之间，通过分析机及风机的共同作用，可满足不同用户的使用要求。

雷蒙磨组成：由主机、分析机、鼓风机、成品旋风分离器、管道装置、电机等组成。其中主机由机架、进风蜗壳、铲刀、磨辊、磨环、罩壳及电机组成。辅助设备有颚式破碎机、畚斗提升机、电磁振动给料机、电控柜等，用户可以根据现场情况灵活选择。按照转配顺序分为：1、颚式破碎机 2、提升机 3、电磁振动给料机 4、传动装置 5、雷蒙磨主机 6、分析机 7、管道装置 8、鼓风机 9、储料斗 10、集尘器 11、物料收集器。

雷蒙磨工作原理：将大块状原材料破碎到所需的进料粒度后，由畚斗提升机将物料输送到储料仓，然后由电磁振动给料机均匀地送到主机的磨腔内，进入到磨腔的物料在磨辊与磨环之间研磨，粉磨后的粉子由风机气流带到分析机分级，达到细度要求的细粉随气流经管道进入大旋风收集器内，进行分离收集，再经卸料器排出即为成品。雷蒙磨主机工作过程中，铲刀系统起到了非常重要的作用。其位于磨辊下端，铲刀与磨辊同转过程中把物料铲起抛喂入磨辊辊环之间，形成垫料层，该料层受磨辊旋转产生向外的挤压力将物料碾碎，由此达到制粉目的。

雷蒙磨粉机的维护保养：
    1、雷蒙磨粉机在使用过程当中，应有固定人员负责看管，操作人员必须具备一定的技术水平。雷蒙磨粉机在安装前对操作人员必须进行必要的技术培训，使之了解雷蒙磨粉机的原理性能，熟悉操作规程。
    2、雷蒙磨粉机使用一段时间后,应进行检修.同时对磨辊磨环铲刀等易损件进行检修更换处理，磨辊装置在使用前后对连接螺栓螺母应进行仔细检查，看是否有松动现象，润滑油脂是否加足。
    3、为使雷蒙磨粉机正常，应制定设备“设备保养安全操作制度”方能保证雷蒙磨粉机长期安全运行，同时要有必要的检修工具以及润滑脂和相应的配件。
    4、雷蒙磨粉机的磨辊装置使用时间超过500小时左右重新更换磨辊时，对辊套内的各滚动轴承必须进行清洗，对损坏件应及时更换，加油工具可用手动加油泵和黄油枪。
