微处理控制系统

1、工业级PLC机组集中控制，配合压缩机的能调系统，可及时准确控制机组制冷量与冷负荷的匹配，保证机组以最佳效率运行，降低运行费用。

control. Coordinated with the energy system in the compressor, it can control
the chiller’s cooling output and capacity timely and accurately.

2、内部集成断水、低温、高低压、防冻、缺相、延时启动、逆相、过载、电机过热、油压差等多项安全保护及处理功能。

The processing system has the complete
functions of safety protection of water break, keeping low temperature,
sustaining high and low voltage,freezing protection default pause, overload,
overheating of electronic machine and oil.

我司开发、生产的各种工业用螺杆冷水机组，采用进口半封闭双螺杆压缩机组，共有高、中、低温三个系列的机组。

Our company develops and produces different
kinds of industrial screw water chiller, We adopt imported semiclosed double
screw compressors. There are three series of screws of high, medium, and low
temperature.

1、工业用螺杆冷水水机组：　Industrial screw water chiller

　　可提供5～15℃冷冻水，或采用乙二醇溶液作为载冷剂，可提供—5～＋5℃的工艺冷冻水溶液，可作为冰蓄冷、低温送风、中央空调及其它生产工艺所要求的工艺冷源。同时可根据用户的要求，对机组进行特殊设计，可提供大温差的冷水机组（进出水温差为8～15℃）。或高出水温机组（出水温度15℃～25℃）。制冷量为94KW—3360KW。

This screw water chiller can provide cooling water from 5 to 15
centigrade. With ethanediol solution as secondary refrigerant, it can provide
industrial cooling solution from -5 to 5 centigrade. The screw water chiller
can work as the industrial cold source of ice thermal storage, cool air
distribution, central conditioning and other production process.

2、中温螺杆冷水机组：Medium temperature screw water
chiller

　　出水温度—5℃～—45℃，采用进口半封闭螺杆压缩机组（带经济器）；可提供—5℃～—45℃低温乙二醇溶液或盐水溶液。可作为化工、医药、冷库、冰场等工艺冷源。制冷量为55KW—2000KW。

Medium temperature screw water chiller can produce water from -5 to
45 centigrade. It adopts imported semi-closed imported semiclosed double screw
compressor with economic unit. Medium temperature screw water chiller can also
produce low temperature ethanediol solution from -5 to 45 centigrade or saline
solution. It can work as the industrial cold source of chemical industry,
medicine and pharmaceutical industry, refrigeration storage and ice rink.

3、低温螺杆冷水机组：

　　出水温度为—45℃～—110℃，可提供—45℃～—110℃酒精或氯化钙水溶液冷冻水；采用二元复叠或三元复叠螺杆式制冷系统。能效比高，运行稳定等特点。

　　同时我司可根据用户的要求设计、生产超低温型、防腐型、防爆型工业冷水机组。可满足各种行业对工艺冷源的要求。
