采用双机串联式高发泡生产工艺，它以聚苯乙烯为原料，通过押出过程中高压注入发泡剂，由模头押出冷却定型而成，该片材经真空成型，适用于制造各种包装容器。如快餐盒，方便面碗以及KT板，隔热板等等。

The two extruders are arrayed in a series way. It takes general polystyrene as raw material.It injects vesicant with high pressure into the barrel of first extruder in course of process.After coming out of die head,the plastic flow will go through the cooling calibrating unit before coming into shape of sheet. With the vacuum thermoforming machine,the sheet can be turned into various kinds of packing containers,such as fas-food box, instant noodle bowl.Besides ,the sheets are widely used as KT board and thermal-insulate board,and so on.
