◆ Drying MACHINE : Total length is 10m, composed of 14 blocks of heating board. Pneumatic tensing device,
with conveying belt automatic detaching function when power failure.
◆ Molding part: the overall length is 6 meters and consisted of 27 pairs of molding shafts.
◆ Longitudinal cutting MACHINE: super thin knife or normal knife can be used according to user's
requirements; with high automation and convenient operation.
◆ Transversal cutting MACHINE : there are four configuration types: computer single or double-knife, or
mechanical single or double-knife for user adoption.
◆ Boiler coal consumption: 120 kg/hour. The boiler is of pressure free energy saving type; the temperature
rising time of the MACHINE from 0℃ to operating temperature will not over two hours and there's nearly no
oil consumption.
