- PE丝印油墨油墨特性：亮光，色彩丰满，附着力优，细度均匀应用行业：手袋，包装材料行业等应用范围：PE薄膜，PP薄膜，EVA膜物理特性：过网性能：40-140T表干时间：自然挥发10-15分钟实干时间：自然挥发4-12小时稀释剂：快干、中干、慢干清洗剂：网版清洗剂消泡剂：PE专用消泡剂涂覆面积：20-35平方米/公斤配色：只可用PP系列油墨相互调配，不得混用其它类型油墨。使用方法：
（1）使用前应充公搅拌均匀，用后随时封闭。
（2）根据需要可添加10-20%的稀释剂。
（3）多色套印时，需待油墨表干后再进行下颜色的印刷。
（4）制品印刷后，需待墨膜完全干透，才可层叠，且不易重压，不适宜在高温下保存，以免回粘或粘结。
（5）网版堵网可用稀释剂清洗，待网版干燥后再开始印刷。
（6）多色套印时，需待墨膜干透后再进行下一颜色的印刷。
（7）不得与其它类型油墨混合使用，否则将降低油墨质量。注意事项：
（1）不同材料对油墨的适应性不同，客户需要试印符合要求后再批量生产。
（2）调金、银色油墨，现调现用，不能贮存。
（3）根据气候变化应选用不同干革命燥的稀释剂。
（4）制品印刷后需待墨层完全干透后，才可层叠且不能重压。
（5）本品储存及使用时请远离火源，避光环境保存。
（6）印刷好图案，不得同软质PVC接触存放，以免PVC中增塑剂侵蚀油墨层而造成发粘及掉色。危险物：危险物第四类第二石油类。安全保管：
（1）为了保护皮肤及眼睛，请戴上保护手套和护镜。若皮肤不慎沾上油墨，用肥皂彻底清洗，若不慎入眼，请立即用大量清水清洗后看医生。
（2）使用后，将容器保管在全封闭、冷暗处。
（3）处理本制品前，请使用者在参照MSDS的基础上对油墨作负责的处理。
