XG-4000自动卧式联体插件机，系列机器为高速度、高精度、高性能设备，是我公司自主研发生产的新一代卧式联体机，集我公司第二代顺序编排机与卧式插件机之精华融为一体，它可将不同种类的编带元件按设定的程序顺序编排在链条的料夹上，供插件头使用。本设备是将插件头部分水平固定不动，由X、Y机构的移动，实现在PCB板各区域精密插件，插件是角度是由转盘转动实现的。该系列控制软件和操作软件也是我公司自主研发，所有操作均由一台电脑控制。
