提挂夹又称悬挂架、吊挂架,用来悬挂滑触线。有单孔提挂架和四孔提挂架两种。单孔提挂架只能吊挂一极滑触线,多用于重型滑触线,轻型滑触线每1.5米一个,重型滑触线每3米一个。提挂架用螺栓与固定在行车轨道上(或墙上)的角钢支架连接在一起,从而把滑触线悬挂起来。其材料为聚甲荃,具有高硬度、抗腐蚀、抗老化的特性,其既能支撑悬挂滑导线,又能在水平、垂直方向固定滑导线。同时垂直方向可微调,保证滑导线与集电器的紧密联结。提挂架固定滑导线时只需与护套两边的吊耳扣合就能轻易地完成安装,不需任何工具,安装十分便捷。

角钢支架的安装
角钢支架起到固定提挂夹的作用,用螺栓或焊接的方式固定在行车道轨垫板上,或焊接在钢构梁上。轻型安全滑触线支架间距为1.5米,重型滑触线间距为3米,也可以根据用户特殊要求制作。
要求:确保角钢支架水平方向和垂直方向的平直,使在同一跨内的角钢支架平行不能歪斜,且垂直于道轨。
滑触线、提挂夹及接头装置的安装
将提挂夹安装在角钢支架上,此时螺母不要拧紧,将行车滑触线依此装入提挂夹卡口内卡住,并将每根滑触线连接好,拧紧连接螺母,装上接头护套,将滑触线整体与轨道中心线调节平行后紧固螺母。
动力输入的安装
把剥好的电源线穿过护套端的线孔,压紧在连接板上,把端盖、护套装上。
膨胀段的安装
当滑触线系统长度轻型超过150米,重型超过200米时,应设置膨胀段装置。膨胀段装置在出厂时已组装好,用户可根据设计要求位置,或在两车间建筑物相连接伸缩缝处安装,并根据现场温度表去的膨胀段的预留间隙。
检修段的安装
当车间有两台或以上行车时,可安装检修段,检修段和接头连接相似。
集电器及其支架的安装
当行车滑触线及其配件安装完成后,即可安装集电器。把支架焊接在移动设备上,再将集电器依此安装到集电器支架上旋紧紧固螺栓。检查触靴是否转动灵活,与导线的连接是否良好,调整到最佳状态。
接电源试车
把电源线牢固的连接在动力输入装置上,注意压紧。再进行安装线路全面检查,确认安装无漏项时可以通车进行试车,观察电压、电流是否正常。如有故障及时检查无误后投入运行。
