主要特点：
本机适用于大功率电机线圈的绕制，专用绕线机控制器实现自动绕线、排线、跨槽、自动过腊管、产量设定等特点；绕完线后模具可自动伸缩，无需将模具卸下取线圈，大大降低了工人的劳动强度，提高了工作效率；同一系例型号定子线圈转产模具可调节实现，可满足多股线并绕，张力稳定可调节，保证了产品的标准化生产。
Main feature:
Adopts special purpose controller to realize the function of auto winding, auto arraying, slot acrossing, auto getting through wax tube and output setting, etc, this machine is suitable for winding the coil for big power motor. The tooling could be auto extend and retract, therefore, it is not need to discharge the tooling when taking out the finished coil, thus to reduce the labor and improve the efficiency. It could produce different dimension coils which is for same series size stator by adjusting the tooling, and tension is adjustable.
