The CM8603A is a 3.0w high effciency,filter-free, mono, class-D audio power amplifier(class-D amp)in a 1.48 mmx1.48mm wafer chip scale package (WCSP). A frequency jittering technology and optimized PWM archite cture reduces EMI and eliminates the output filter reducing external component count board area consumpion, system cost,and simp lifying design.
