超声波焊接机原理
完全针对较小型工件，如PE、PP、尼龙、压克力、ABS等材质之玩具容器饰品，或大型工件厚度较薄（约600m／mx100m／m），产量要求极高，且熔接面为平面情况下，采用本设备最为经济划算。本设备已有10年以上之市场经验，与不少的实绩。

当超声换能器产生的能量传送到焊区，由于焊区，即两个焊接的交界面处声阻大，因此会产生局部高温。由于塑料导热性差，热量聚集在焊区，使两个塑料的接触面迅速熔化，加上一定压力后，使其融合成一体。
