熔喷滤芯是采用熔喷工艺，通过特殊的接收装置，使得熔喷超细纤维形成成无芯连续无限长筒状物，通过调整工艺组合，可以在芯筒径向使纤维直径和密度发生变化，从而得到各种过滤性能的深层过滤产品。
熔喷超细纤维的深层过滤机理使滤芯具有：
高效低阻过滤精度高、过滤流量大、阻力损耗小，过滤能耗低
过滤成本低高纳污量，使用寿命延长，滤材消耗低
无脱落纤维间熔融自粘合，纤维不易脱落，具有良好的抗压及抗冲击性
耐化学性对酸、碱、有机溶剂、油类均具有良好的化学稳定性
无毒无污染使用后滤芯可焚毁，无固体废弃物
