四。我司于2009年1月8日出口到意大利的一批货物，原出口报关单号：222920090799337601/222920090799337602
客人收货后发觉其中箱号为ICSU1867513里的木凳子承重力度不够。此客户为我司长期合作客户，经友好协商，我司同意整个柜子的货共942张木凳子全部退回，重新加固后再出口。
维修方案：拆下木凳子底部的全涤无纺布，用枪钉对木凳子的木质框架再加固，加固后再覆盖无纺布。
现我司特向贵关申请以押保证金的方式担保放行。我司保证在保证金6个月内出口结关，承诺在规定期限内办结海关手续，按时办理税款担保的退，转，延和承担相应的法律责任等。如若未在保证金期限内出口，我司愿意将保证金专为税金，请予以办理为感，并对以上内容负法律责任。
Our Bureu exported to Italy a consignment of goods, dated January 8th, 2009, with original export declarations No.: 222920090799337601/222920090799337602.
After reception of delivery of the said consignment, our client detected that wood stools contained in Container ICSU1867513 have insufficient load-bearing strength. Given long-standing cooperative relationship between us, after due friendly negotiations, our Bureu agreed on a full return of the consigment, namely, the 942 stools in the Container, and having them exported after reinforcement. The detailed plan of repairs is: remove polyester nonwoven cloth at the bottom of the wood stool, reinforce the wood frame with nail gun, then cover with nonweaven cloth again.
Now our Bureu is herein applying for a release of goods secured by cash deposit. We pledge completion of export clearance within 6 months of establishment of deposit, and to fulfill any and all clearance procedures within the timeline, and to handle all refunding, transfer and delay of tax guaranty fund and bear potential legal responsibilities for such. In event of failure to export within the period of the deposit, our Bureu will shift the amount of deposit into taxation payment. Please approve the release, we’ll appreciate that very much. Plus, our Bureu is legally responsible for the statement above.
