      该设备采用7.5寸触摸彩屏操作，用PLC控制系统，操作更简单；工控机控制两维坐标运动，两轴联运；精密丝杆伺服电机传动和锁紧，可直接用输入数字编程，控制方式分为面板和远程控制两种。

      通过触摸屏显示各种板材排料效果及运动时的实际状态，两维坐标可同时进行手动调节高、低速移动，相对零点编程，自动回零。

      具有安全、高效、节材、操作简单、维护方便等特点。可大幅提高生产效率，节材率达5%-30%，并可减轻劳动强度，从根本上保证操作工人的人身安全。高档机型还具备自动编程、模拟加工、智能优化设计等功能。

      This device makes use of touching color screen with 7.5inch area as well as PLC control system,that is available for easier operation.Specially with both-axle linkage under two-dimension coordinate motion by process control & machine control,drived & locked by the use of motor with precision thread-rod and also direct numerical program input,adopting both control methods of panel control and remote control.

      Touching screen indicates arrange effect and actural status of various plates,and two-dimension coordinate is cable to adjust the high/low speed movement by hand at the same time,relative zero-point program with automatically back to zero.
