ASR12/UV特殊塑料容器全自动紫外线固化主色机，是专为印刷单色软管、瓶盖等之类的特殊塑料容器而研制。ASR12/UV设计精密，内置自动定位系统（选配）、紫外线固化系统（或红外线系统），最高印刷时速可达3600pcs。其配置的设备包括：先进模块式程控器和触摸操作及显示控制系统、快/慢速机械同步传送系统、“无瓶不印刷”光电感应器、机械式印刷固定系统、自动进料及卸料系统（选配）、火焰处理器（选配）等。

ASR12/UV使用旋转式机械同步传送系统，印刷件管位在转盘绕机器旋转一周后完成印刷，再结合可选配之大容量自动传送上料器组成—高速生产线。其完善之设计和装备定能满足客户各种容器，尤其是特殊容器（如软管、瓶盖等）的印刷，可以达到最佳之效果，且效益高。

ASR12/UV Auto Vertical Rotational UV Screen Printing Machine, which is special designed for the plastic soft tubes,caps,jars and cups and so on.ASR/12UV is designed compactly, built-in registration system(optional), UV curing system or heater(optional).Maximum printing speed is 3,600 pcs per hour. The configured systems:PLC and touch screen system, auto feeding and downloading system, system(double torches for special PP plastic),mechanical synchronous drive system, No-piece-No-printing sensor, mechanical fixing system for printing.

SR12/UV adopts the vertical rotating mechanical synchronous drive system; work-piece could be rotated 360 degree to finish the printing, which becomes the high printing capacity line because of the auto feeding system. The perfect design will satisfy many customers’ different requirements for the high quality products.
