MZ-ASM8R经过精心设计和制造，选用国际电气元件，产品在操作性能、外观设计和传动设计方面能显示了完美性。辅助之全自动大容量送料器，配合 MZ-ASM8R主机，不仅可以节省人手，更显示出本机之高速性及全自动化。具有无件不烫、料斗无料报警、气压过低报警、卸料故障报警、缺烫金纸报警等自动检测功能，以保证机器的稳定性和省料性。
无瓶不烫印的功能可以保证机器高速烫印之连续性。内置自动定位系统（选配）通过设置相应的卷纸长度，从而减少了烫金纸的浪费；对于烫印彩色小图案，更能快速准确地控制出纸长短，从而大大提高烫金的速度。
主要适用于各种不同规格的酒瓶、饮料瓶、化妆品等瓶盖外圆周面的烫印。
适用烫印品有：各种圆形瓶盖（酒类、化妆品、药品及食品等容器）。
MZ-ASM8R is designed with precision, adopting international famous pneumatic parts. The design of appearance and transmission reach perfect. Auto-loading system with main machine can save manpower. It is with the function of "No-articl,No-printing","No-article in hopper alarm”, “low-pressure alarm”, “unloading fause alarm","No foil alarm", which can insure machine running with stability.
"No-article, No-printing" insure the continuity with high speed. Foil winding with servo-motor (option), auto-registration system (optional) which can set the length of foil to avoid foil waste. Increasing stamping speed by controlling foil according to the length of artwork.
The machine using mechanical transmission with PLC system and pneumatic control, the speed can reach 3000pc/hour, meanwhile, universal toolings are used on machine which benefit for changeovers.
Stamping article: all types of cap (wine, cosmetic, medicine and food container) Etc.
