1.防火性能好 Fine fine-resistant performance
   石膏板其构成材料主要为含结晶水的石膏，决定了其在遇火初期，石膏板芯材所含结晶水未完全脱出和蒸发完毕之前，板面温度不会超过140℃，这一良好防火特性可以为人们疏散赢得宝贵时间，同时也延长了防火时间。纸面石膏板板在受热时释放的水蒸汽，避免了火灾时因有毒气体而使人窒息的危险。
   The main ingredient of the product is crystal water plaster.So when it is at the bein-ning fire.the temper crystal water has complrtaly evaporated.Thanks to ghe fine performance of the product,there is enough time for evacuating people around and for preventing fires. At the same time,the product releases water vapour when heated,which prevents peple from being suffocated in case of poisonous gas.
2.施工安装方面 Construction and install
   纸面石膏板可加工性好，可据、可钻、可刨、可贴，施工灵活方便，易于拆装，以满足不同用户的使用需求，干法作业，施工现场文明；工人劳动强度低；施工安装效率高。

3.隔热保温性能 Heat-insulating and thermal insulation properties
    纸面石膏板的导热系数只有普通水泥混凝土的9.5%，是空心粘土砖的83.5%，其导热系数小于0.2W/m.K。

4.隔热、隔音性能
