◆驱动减速箱采用浸油润滑，减小噪音，万向节传动，隔离动力源(选装) 。
◆上瓦辊，压力辊，涂胶辊升降，均以气动控制。
◆导纸方式采用真空吸附，带风量调节装置，保持高速状态下瓦楞楞型的稳定。
◆瓦辊、压力辊轴承采用耐高温润滑脂润滑。
◆涂胶部采用自动循环供胶。
◆上下瓦楞辊采用48CrMo优质合金钢，经过热处理，硬度在HRC58°-60°表面经研磨。
◆涂胶辊表面经过网纹刻花及镀铬处理。
◆手动或电动隔胶装置。
◆涂胶部停机可独立运转或不独立运转两种方式 ;
