系统采用微电脑和高功率气压系统联控设计,设备运行平稳,精准。使珠底磨制平面度平整,光洁且美观。
双工位机体,单独控制,使用不受任何限制,翻转速度可调,上升时间微度调节大大提高了工作效率,和整体产品的加工质量。上端气缸设置定位调节,可直接手动调节高度,无需其他限位步骤,节省调试时间,旋转磨盘速度设定可调式,可根据钻石材料来设定旋转速度,从而大大提高了磨制范围。同时磨制时间也设定可调式,因此本产品不受任何材料的限制即可加工。
主机采用大功率电机,磨盘电机力度为自给式,更好的提高高了抛光效果。
系统设有特定保护,任何条件下不会烧毁主电机。
在2分钟后如无人操作,主机自动停止,可避免空载耗电及其他不必要的损失。
联动运行,普通工人无需培训即可上岗,且可以操作多台设备,大大减少了用工费用。
