                系统采用微电脑和高功率气压系统联控设计，设备运行平稳，精准。使珠底磨制平面度平整，光洁且美观。

                双工位机体，单独控制，使用不受任何限制，翻转速度可调，上升时间微度调节大大提高了工作效率，和整体产品的加工质量。上端气缸设置定位调节，可直接手动调节高度，无需其他限位步骤，节省调试时间，旋转磨盘速度设定可调式，可根据钻石材料来设定旋转速度，从而大大提高了磨制范围。同时磨制时间也设定可调式，因此本产品不受任何材料的限制即可加工。

                主机采用大功率电机，磨盘电机力度为自给式，更好的提高高了抛光效果。

                系统设有特定保护，任何条件下不会烧毁主电机。

                在2分钟后如无人操作，主机自动停止，可避免空载耗电及其他不必要的损失。

                联动运行，普通工人无需培训即可上岗，且可以操作多台设备，大大减少了用工费用。
