场地隔离网广泛应用于高速公路、铁路、机场、厂区、社区、车站、服务区、保税区、露天仓储场、港口等领域。

按制造要求分为软边网片和硬边网片，网片采用优质Q195或Q235碳钢经冷拔机组将毛胚盘条冷拔成客户要求线径（最小线径可达3.0mm），将冷拔好的钢丝经过校平机校平再经过自动切割机切割成客户要求的长度尺寸。将切割好长度尺寸的钢丝放在专用模具里（以根据客户要的网目尺寸做好模具），经过半自动焊机焊接而成网片，再经过最后一道修边机修边后，软边网片就可最左而成。如要加工硬边网片，可将软边网片焊接在外框上（外框一般采用方管或圆管制作，将方管或圆管按客户要求的尺寸焊接而成），就可制作成硬边网片。

场地隔离网的立柱采用圆管或方管制作，将方管和圆管按客户要求的高度尺寸切割而成。

在做好的网片及立柱上焊接连接用的连接耳。就可制作成半成品。

最后将制作好的办成经过表面处理（可采用镀锌、喷塑、浸塑），就可包装、发货。
