日本TSUBAKI椿本链条RS60-2-RP-U标准滚子传动链​

椿本RS标准滚子链采用椿本独有加工技术，开发了无缝一体套筒

高精度一体套筒和特殊凹痕（LD）加工提高了润滑油的保持效果，将G7-EX的磨耗寿命提高两倍。为满足众多客户的要求，自主开发了改善粘黏的防锈润滑油。新推出的G8系列，将G7的磨耗寿命提高1.2倍。

1、能获取较大减速比。(一般可到1：7)

2、能获得长轴间距(通常4米以下)。通过变更链节数，对轴间距自由度高是一大特点。

3、由于链条的两面都可以使用，所以可进行多轴传动。

4、由于链条切割、连接变得简易，因此方便安装、替换。

5、如果轴间距较短，而且可支撑链条的结构，即使是安装垂直的轴也可能实现驱动。

6、与同步带驱动相比，在相同扭矩下，链轮可选择直径更小的使用。

7、力量传动在更多齿部，与齿轮相比，链轮齿部的磨损较少。

8、与齿轮驱动相比，具有较高的冲击吸收性。
