料仓、溜槽衬里
在贮仓、料箱、料斗或其它容器的散装物料以及这些物料在溜槽、漏斗、输送溜槽和相类似设备的贮存和运输过程中,通常由于物料结块、架桥或冻结而受阻,解决这些问题耗资费时。采用超高分子量聚乙烯材料衬里是解决这些问题的最佳形式。因为用超高分子量聚烯材料衬里具有如下优点:
高耐磨和极低磨擦系数,防止物料架桥时流动受阻;
极低吸水性。它不被水所润湿,不受物料湿度的影响。因此,物料不会在衬里壁上,或特别是露天作业,也不会因温度太低造成湿的物料和容器冻在一起;
