With an internationally recognised training system, you can count on us to competently train your most valuable asset; your people.Air BP conducts initial and refresher training and monitoring of operational staff in all aspects of aviation fuel quality control, fuelling operations, fixed and mobile equipment testing and maintenance. All these areas are critical to the success and safety of an airport refuelling operation, so it is vitally important that all staff are trained in the necessary skills and expertise.Our training system is based on a task breakdown and critical task analysis approach covering all airport fuelling activities.Training materials are available in various formats from paper-based to interactive CD Roms. These systems include software for recording training records for inpidual operators and highlighting when refresher training is required. Our internationally experienced operations' trainers use specific training aids as part of our structured approach to targeted learning through classroom and hands-on sessions.
