* High Efficiency: Up to 96%
                                                            The    MT3428    is   a   constant   frequency,  dual
* 1.5MHz Constant Frequency Operation
                                                            high-efficiency PWM      step-down   converter.  The
* Dual 800mA Output Current
                                                            device integrates a main switch and a synchronous
* No Schottky Diode Required
                                                            rectifier  for  high  efficiency  without  an  external
* 2V to 6V Input Voltage Range
                                                            Schottky   diode.  It  is  ideal  for  powering  portable
* PFM Mode for High Efficiency in Light Load
                                                            equipment   that   runs   from   a   single   cell  Lithium-Ion
* Output Voltage as Low as 0.6V
                                                            (Li+) battery. The output voltage can be regulated as
* 100% Duty Cycle in Dropout
                                                            low as 0.6V. The MT3428 can also run at 100% duty
* Low Quiescent Current: 20μA
                                                            cycle for low dropout operation, extending battery life
* Short Circuit Protection
                                                            in portable system. This device offers two operation
