粉状活性炭简介：

为黑色粉末，无臭，无味，在一般溶媒中均不溶解。 

煤质粉状活性炭以优质煤为原料，经蒸汽活化后，精制处理，粉碎而成，外观为黑色细微粉末状，无毒、无味,具有比表面积大，吸附能力强。煤质粉状活性炭为黑色无定形粒状物或细粉末。无臭，无味，无砂性。不容于任何溶剂。对各种气体有选择性的吸附能力，对有机色素和含氮碱由高容量吸附能力。每克总表面积可达500到1000平方米。相对密度约1.9到2.1。表面相对密度约为0.08到0.45。

粉状活性炭用途：

煤质粉状活性炭主要适用于自来水净化，用以吸附原水中的有机物、余氯和异味,降低浊度,改善口感,使其达到饮用水的标准.该品在污水处理行业也有良好的处理效果。也应用于饮料业、化工业、电镀业、医药业、环保工程等领域。如木糖、葡萄糖、淀粉糖、蔗糖、甜菜糖、乳糖、糖蜜等。广泛应用于荧光增白剂，染料、香料、油脂、医药中间体、染色助剂、植酸、胱氨酸、柠檬酸、甘油、食用油、味精、糖精、食品酿造等脱色、提纯、精制。亦适用手工业污水、电镀液等行业的深度净化。

煤质粉状活性炭不仅含碳，而且含有少量的化学结合，例如羰基、羧基、酚类、内酯类、醌类、醚类。这些表面上含有氧化物和络合物，有些来自原料的衍生物，有些是在活化时，活化后，由空气或水蒸气的作用而形成。有时还会生成表面硫化物和氯化物。在活化中原料所含矿物质集中到活性炭里成为灰分，灰分的主要成分是碱金属和碱土金属的盐类，如碳酸盐和磷酸盐等。
