    3、粒径级配合理，比表面积好。产品外观呈球状而有棱角，光泽度好，经机械振动三次筛分，级配符合有关技术指标。

    4、粒径范围小于指定下限粒径按重量计不大于3%，大于指定上限粒径按重量计不大于2%。

无烟煤滤料填充注意事项和操作要求：

    1、滤料在填充前必须将滤池（滤器）内部清扫干净。

    2、要均匀地铺设每层滤料，当达到标定厚度时，必须耙平滤料。

    3、滤料长期运行，会有磨损。如操作不当会有“跑料”发生。为此需定期检查滤料状况，如有亏料情况，需及时补充。如滤料运行时间过长，出水水质长期不清，或滤层发生乱层，则需更换或重新级配滤料。
