板式换热器为高效间壁式换热设备,由若干金属波纹板片交替排列,通过橡胶质密封垫片形成冷热两侧换热通道,冷热介质在通道内实现全逆流热交换。
Plate and gasket are the main parts of high efficiency Plate Heat Exchanger. Countercurrent heat transfer flow can be realized with the rubber gasket seal for hot and cold channels.
板片束由上下导轨进行定位,并通过固定压紧板和活动压紧板及紧固螺栓组进行夹紧。金属波纹板为核心传热元件,波纹型式的科学合理设计将对设备的换热性能及压降性能及设备承压机械性能产生决定作用;密封垫片的合理设计将对用户使用便捷性、可靠性及可重复利用性至关重要。
The plate pack is fixed with the upper/lower guiding bar, fixed/movable cover plate and the tightening bolts. As for the key heat transfer part, the reasonable corrugation design will decide the heat transfer and pressure drop performance, and the pressure resistance. The reasonable gasket design will decide the reliability, flexibility.
全焊接板式换热器
1)板壳式换热器
板壳式全焊接换热器吸取了可拆板式换热器高效、紧凑的优点,弥补了管壳式换热器换热效率低、占地大等缺点。阿玛西板壳式换热器传热板片呈波状椭圆形,相对于目前的圆形板片增加热长,大大提高传热性能。广泛用于高温、高压条件的换热工况。

板型特点:阿玛西板壳式全焊接换热器拥有3种板片规格,分别适用于不同温差的换热工况。
2)板框式换热器
阿玛西板框式换热器为六面可拆式全焊接板式换热器,独特的板型和结构设计可满足经常拆开清洗的需求,全焊接的换热芯体及可承受高压、高温的框架设计使产品能够应对各种苛刻工况下的换热要求。适用于蒸汽冷凝和高温高压的液液换热等。
该结构可实现对焊接板束进行彻底清洗,使设备在高效下运行。
