Based on a double CPU PC-based architecture, the OSAI numerical control system guarantees the best performances in both high speed milling and on-board programming.

Function&Characteristics / 性能特点
1.The Italy systems of OSAI with high processing accuracy and fast speed are adopted. The transmission system of Germany and the imported original spindle of Italy are also used.
2. Z-axis stroke can be increased to 1 meter, which provides large processing breadth suitable for processing large-scale and ultra-thick materials.
3.The cross-border intelligent protection function for processing can prevent the mechanical impact during processing when the design documents is overlarge.
4.The persification control can control processing speed, idling speed and cutting speed, respectively. Thus, quality of the product processed and the processing efficiency can be improved greatly.

·The bi-rotary head of high dynamic characteristics is incorporated into the lower part of the Z slide, and allows for continuous orientation of the spindle in space.
·The A and C axis position is controlled through high resolution direct encoders.
·The numerical control commands the orientation through continuous interpolation and
compensates the position of the tool center in function of the spindle inclination.
·The A and C axis can be clamped into any position using hydraulic control brakes.
·具有高动态特性的双旋转摆动五轴头装于Z轴导轨的底部,五轴头可在空间进行连续运动。
·A轴和C轴的位置由高分辨率的直接编码器控制。
·数控系统采用连续插补方式控制旋转运动,并在铣头改变摆动方向时对刀具中心轨迹给予补偿。
·A轴和C轴可以在任意位置由液压控制的抱闸锁紧。
