该泵是我公司根据所输送的浆料介质的固、液、气的混合特性，吸收国内外先进技术和经验，二设计的新型浆液输送泵。广泛适用于制浆，造纸工业的苛刻的环境，采用全开式大流量精铸叶轮，提高了输浆的浓度。叶轮与内侧板间隙可以调节，使泵能连续在高效区运行，轴封以机械密封为主，可选用填料密封。轴承全部采用重型轴承单元设计，具轴承间距大，轴承体贮油室空间大，贮油量充足润滑和冷却效果好同时支撑牢固，增加了泵的承载可靠性，泵壳采用前后对开门式结构便于维护和保养工作的实施，还大大降低了劳动强度和工作时间，从而节约了能源，增长了使用寿命。该产品为本公司专利产品，专利号为ZL200720038808.4适用于输送工作温度≤100℃浓浆度≤5％的浆料液体。
The pump is designed fo transport mixed medium including solid, liquid ,air. The desgin of the pump is based on abroad advanced technology. It is widely used in paper making and pulp making. We use entire open impeller in order to make suer the thick liquid can be transport. Lmpeller and inner lannel can be adjusted,so that it can make sure that the pump runs in high efficient. The shaft is sealed by machanicalseal, it can also sealed by filler seal. The bearing use heavy type bearing unit design ,distance between bearing is large ,oil chamber is big while it can lubricate and cool the machine well, at the same time it can support well. All these advantages make sure the pump running properly. The pump shell use face to face open structure, this design make mainrenance work more convinient, in this way it can reduce labor intensity and working hours. It also save erergy ,and extend the service life of the pump.
