《4～8吋晶片蚀刻机》解决方案
一．适用范围
1．适用产品：业界各类4”、5”、6”、8”晶片产品表面SiO2膜的蚀刻。
2．蚀刻范围：晶片上表面及一周上下面倒角。
3．工作方式：人工整框将25片晶片及料盒放入设备，启动按钮，设备自动将整盒晶片蚀刻完成并装入预放在设备内的空料盒内。然后设备报警，由人工更换料合后进行下一循环。
4．设备无须机械换型适用于4”、5”、6”、8”多种晶片的蚀刻。
